After treasuring this book close to my heart for nearly a decade, the "Hollywood-eque" change to the ending still haunts me. The first hour was wonderful, skewed, but still Within the Realms of Faerie. The adult theme has disappeared and the screenwriters (which does NOT include Mr. Gaiman) don't seem to understand that some of the best movies in history break our hearts.

Please can you tell me if the Vue cinema in Cleveleys Lancs is participating in the offer for Stardust tickets and if not why is there not one in Lancashire

Hey 10 am on a Sunday when the nearest cinema is about an hour away from sunny Tonbridge is not good! I think I will pay - absolutely loved the book and if the writer has helped with the film then I am sure it will be great! Going to get a gang together! I believe! Ha ha

I saw this in the USA a few weeks ago. It's excellent; a bit Hollywooded-up from the book but not overwhelmingly so. I highly recommend it, and am fairly envious of those of you who will get to see it free! Go see it and urge your friends to; it didn't do as well here as it should have, so I'm relying on your better taste to make it a success. ;)

I think this is a good and enjoyable film for this year. I'm sure I will like it and will recommend to friends.

I am trying to book preview tickets for Stardust at Cheshire Oaks but that cinema does not appear on the picklist on the booking form. Is his a fault with the site or does it mean that Cheshire Oaks is already fully booked? Tried the phone numberabove but the recorded message "Mon-Fri 9.00-5.00" is not very helpful.
Paul Clare, Manchester,
Why do you include Birmingham as a participating cinema area & then do not have Birmingham as an option on the booking form ??????
Judith Isaac, Birmingham, UK
Re the Preview tickets for Stardust, I wanted to go to the West End cinema but the West end did not show up. the last area only came up as "York" so i had no choice by order 4 tickets for Shepherd's Bush on sunday,14th oct. 10.30. Would you kindly exchange the 4 tickets for shepherd's Bush to the West End. thanking you, in advance.
