Funerals may be no laughing matter, but Death at a Funeral promises to be one of the funniest British films of the year.
Matthew Macfadyen and Rupert Graves star as brothers who can’t stop fighting, even at their father’s funeral. This dark comedy will be released in cinemas on November 2, but you can see it first at one of our 20 previews on Tuesday, October 30.
As the family gathers for the sombre occasion, a mysterious guest arrives. When this mystery person threatens to reveal an earth-shattering family secret, the warring siblings must work together to keep the truth hidden. Their efforts result in riotous mayhem as what should have been a dignified, private affair becomes the mother of all funerals...
To claim two free tickets for a preview of Death at a Funeral (cert 15), choose the cinema you wish to attend from the list below, then click on the link below and enter the booking code when prompted. You will be given an ID code. Write that in the space provided on the offer page in Culture (in the Sunday Times, October 21, 2007) and present the offer page at your chosen screening at 6pm on Tuesday, October 30.

Too many screenings have had large numbers not able to get in to see the film in Leeds and film start times advertised as 1030 not observed by film theatre who started at 10(N Finchley Vue)
