In a superb central performance, Josh Brolin stars as President George W Bush in Oliver Stone’s sensational new movie, W. Released on November 7, this is Stone’s third film about an American President, and you can watch it free, ahead of the crowd, at our preview screenings on Sunday, November 2.
W shows a side of the president you’ve never seen — a man who has fought his personal demons in the long shadow of his father. How did this former drunk, and black sheep of the family rise to become the leader of the free world?

The same thing happened to us this morning. We were simply turned away by the cinema staff at the Greenwich Picturehouse. We were extremely disappointed. It would have been nice to have been notified of the cancellation by email

We arrived this morning at Greenwich Picturehouse at 10am to see the preview of 'W' only to be told the movie was not going to be shown. Not very nice way to treat people I think. You could at least have sent us a cancelled notification. That would have saved us the time wasted and a £3.90 parking fee.
