Which internet browsers is the Crossword Club compatible with?
We recommend you use either Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3, but the
Crossword Club should be compatible with all modern browsers
If you still use IE6, you may find that some crosswords print out on more than
one page. To change the text size, go to 'View' at the top of browser
window, select 'Text size', and choose 'smaller' or 'smallest'. The
crossword should then print on to a single sheet.

I bookmarked the Crossword Club, but it’s not working any more. Why?
From time to time, we have to change the site structure and in some cases
bookmarks or links may be broken. If you find a bookmark no longer works, it
is best to find the section you are looking for using the on-site
navigation, then set another bookmark
Why can't I access Times Online from work?
Some computers in organisations and institutions are set up with what is known
as a firewall. This filters information coming in and out of the
organisation, to prevent viruses and restrict the internet use of staff. A
firewall may prevent information getting in or out of a protected network
and this may stop you downloading software etc. Contact your IT
administrator to see if your organisation has such a firewall
