HOW TO PLAY KILLER SUDOKU
Fill the grid so that every column, every row and every 3x3 box contains the digits 1 to 9.
The digits within the cells joined by dotted lines add up to the printed top left-hand figure.
Within each dotted-line "shape", a digit CANNOT be repeated.
Top tip: start with the smallest totals.
NOTE: Text and Champagne Sudoku are played daily and details can be found on the back page of Times2. Puzzles for these competitions are published a day later online. Winners are published daily.
The Sudoku puzzle appears daily and the solution on the following day. Each week, Monday's puzzle will be the easiest, progressing to the most difficult on Friday. We will save the truly impossible puzzles for Bank Holiday weekends. Good luck!
To solve a Sudoku puzzle, every digit from 1 to 9 must appear in each of the nine vertical columns, in each of the nine horizontal rows, and in each of the nine boxes. They range in difficulty from easy to very hard, depending on the positioning of the numbers you're given to start with.
To ensure grids print out on one sheet of paper, place cursor over image, right click for options window, select "print"

It would be nice to be able to print a single puzzle on a single sheet of paper. Currently I wish to print only the killer puzzle but I am forced to print three pages for most of the week.

I'm using Internet Explorer 7. Every time I try to play interactive Sudoku I get asked for my user name and password box.I've created a profile and tried putting that in with no luck. Is there a fix for this since I enjoy playing this game on line.I used to be able to play before upgrading browser.
Mike Hawkins, Vancouver, Canada
I have played sudoku on your site since some time now, and with great pleasure. But now I am asked for a username and password to get into the interactive sudoku page. Unfortunately I can not find where I can create a profile.

I have been playing your interactive Sudoko for some time.
Now, all of a sudden, I get a drop down menu asking for a password. Do I need to register or is this another wretched BT Yahoo mess up?
