Pop star Emma Bunton gave birth to her own Baby Spice today - a boy called Beau.
Her first baby with long-term boyfriend Jade Jones was born at 11.12am at London's private Portland Hospital.
"Baby's had a baby now," said Jones as he delivered the news outside the hospital.
"It's pretty good, just amazing. We're both over the moon and absolutely thrilled to bits to have our little boy with us now."
Jones went on to explain that his “beautiful” 7lb 15oz baby is named after the French word for handsome.
The couple feared they might never be able to have children after Bunton was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2004 - a condition which can affect fertility.
Bunton will only have a matter of months to bond with Beau before she begins a world tour with the newly reformed Spice Girls.
The tour kicks off on December 2 in Toronto, Canada before taking in the USA, Britain, Germany, Spain, China, Australia, South Africa and Argentina.
The band recently announced new concerts in San Jose, California, and Shanghai, China.
They will also play a concert in Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham's new home, Los Angeles - it will be their third performance of the 14-night tour of six continents.
The band are only playing one UK date, in London, in December.
The Spice Girls sold 55 million albums and scored nine UK number one singles before splitting in 1998.
Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton and Mel Chisholm are now all in their 30s and Bunton’s child is the latest addition to a Spice brood numbering seven.
Earlier, Bunton's spokesman said she was "doing fine" and the first request the singer had following the birth was for Coca-Cola and flapjacks.
