Win tickets to the ATP finals

She missed out on the Mercury Music Prize and an MTV Music Video Awards gong, but last night Amy Winehouse was given the chance to take home a Q Awards prize.
Her critically revered album Back to Black received a nod at last night’s Q Awards nominations at The 02 in London. But the singer has heavy-weight competition for the Best Album accolade, with Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Chiefs, Arcade Fire and Manic Street Preachers also nominated.
Arctic Monkeys were favourites, picking up nominations for Best Live Act and Best Act in the World Today as well as Best Album. But Kaiser Chiefs pose a threat – the Leeds band also picked up nominations in three categories - Best Track, Best Video and Best Album.
Musician-of-the-moment Kate Nash was nominated in the Best Breakthrough Act category, along with Mika, Jack Penate, Jamie T and Calvin Harris. Nash, often saddled with ‘The New Lily Allen’ tag, recently hit number one on the UK album charts with her debut release Made Of Bricks.
Manic Street Preachers showed that, 15 years on from their first album, they still have the musical chops, picking up a nomination for Best Track and Best Album.
Mercury Prize-winning band Klaxons received only one nod - for Best New Act.
The Q Awards have been given a democratic make-over this year, with Q magazine readers' votes deciding the winners of most catgories.
