Ill singer Amy Winehouse still expects to perform later this month at Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert in Hyde Park and at the Glastonbury Festival.
The 24-year-old artist collapsed in her home in Camden, north London on Monday. She was taken to the London Clinic by her father, Mitch, and has been undergoing scans and tests throughout the week.
"At present, she still intends to perform at the two scheduled dates next week," her spokesman said. "However, a decision will be made entirely upon the advice of her doctors and in her best interests."
Winehouse was admitted to hospital in August of last year suffering from "severe exhaustion" amid reports that she was being treated in a rehabilitation clinic. She later cancelled a string UK tour dates on doctor's orders.
Last year's cancellation followed news that Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil had been arrested for allegedly assaulting a man and then bribing him not to appear in court.
Earlier this month Fielder-Civil pleaded guilty to the charges and is now in prison awaiting sentence.
Other performers booked for the June 27 Mandela gig, set to be hosted by the actor Will Smith, include Queen, Annie Lennox and Simple Minds.
Performers expected to play the three-day Gastonbury Festival, starting June 28, include Jay-Z, John Mayer and Massive Attack.
