I got stung for 4 madonna tickets for a show that simply doesn't exist.
Luckily I instructed my bank to ban any transactions to that company & they are trying to recover the money.

Just learnt by looking at this site that I have been scammed too! Brought 4 x Madonna tickets for Wembley for £1,000 so have been well and truly stuffed! Card company are closed for the weekend - fat lot of use. Have booked hotel too and can't get money back on that either. Any one got any advice??

Great advice Jo - rang Consumer Direct and as I paid by credit card I am legally entitled to get my money back. They even give you the template letter to write to your credit car company. You gat a case number to quote and they were well aware of SOS Ticketmaster. Gave me peace of mind to thanks Jo!

I am in total shock of this scam. I bought 4 tickets to see Madonna and took money from my friends on top of that.
Not only am I unable to retrieve my tickets as the phone and site are down but I am angry that they actually got away with it.
Is there any way we can file an official complaint????

Official tickets sell out so quickly they are beyond the reach of many genuine fans. Better regulation of this industry is needed, including official ticket sales.
