Pop Levi at Somerset House

I made my way to Somerset House, where I had been booked to open up for Kasabian. Anyone who knows anything about me will already know I only listen to Kurt Weill, Sun Ra and Beyoncé so I'd never heard any music by Kasabian, but I'll open up for anybody, at least that's what Lucky Beaches says.
Somerset House is a 16th-century palace and is apparently one of Britain's great architectural treasures - a royal treat to play an outdoor show with such surroundings. We drank soup with the Kasabian boys - a bunch of real sweeties! I fancied the singer so much in his cherries and pears top but he wouldn't make out with me. Serge's beard was super-hot too. God, I love playing with sexy bands, it really fires me up. Our show was like playing a football match - which I've never been to - and the crowd couldn't get enough of my skin-tight striped pants. Check them out at www.youtube.com/watch?v=iAaYf006bx4.
Afterwards I listened to The White Album with Kasabian, The Mighty Boosh and Noel Gallagher from Oasis, who said he loved my album like the back of his hand. Then he punched me in the upper arm - I photographed the bruise just in case. So sad to leave London, but Geneva and the Montreux Jazz Festival was calling. Two hours sleep and on with the show. Astral kisses and mad thanks, Poppy-chan X37
