There are two digital archives for the TLS.

The TLS Archive is a comprehensive text archive of TLS material - book reviews, arts reviews, poems, letters and commentary pieces - dating from 1994 to the present day. It is updated with new articles from the paper two weeks after publication.

If you are involved in research or simply want to browse, this is an indispensable resource.

Access to the archive is available on a monthly basis or with a subscription to the TLS.

The separate TLS Historical Archive, which dates from 1902 to 2005, is managed by Cengage Learning. This complete online facsimile edition, which is updated annually and now features full-text searching, allows you to explore an archive of over 300,000 reviews, letters and poems, and to access previously unpublished, comprehensive biographical information about our contributors – many of whom originally wrote for the paper anonymously.

Whilst the TLS Historical Archive is currently only available to members of subscribing libraries, a site for individuals is planned for later in 2009.
