Latoya Satnarine cried last night as she was voted off Big Brother Celebrity Hijack during a surprise eviction show.
The dancer, and her fellow eviction nominee, Emilia, were shocked when presenter Dermot O’Leary announced there would be an eviction as they sat watching a movie.
As her name was read out, Latoya started to cry. Scottish politician John Laughton hugged her, shedding several tears himself. But he could not solve the 19-year-old’s biggest worries:“I don’t have time to even wash my hair … they are so out of order”.
Latoya, who received 56 per cent of the public vote, is the fourth person to leave the house. Two more will be voted off the show tomorrow night when all of the housemates, except John and Anthony Ogogo, who have immunity, face the public vote.
According to book maker William Hill, 19-year-old boxer Anthony is the favourite to win the show, followed by artist Amy Jackson and John. Singer Calista Robertson is the least likely of the remaining eight to go all the way, followed by fashion designer Jay Wilson and singer-songwriter Nathan Fagan-Gayle.
Comedian Jimmy Carr takes the Big Brother chair today, following on from girl band singers Melanie Blatt and Nicole Appleton’s stint.
