Big Brother’s female fans face a disappointing Friday after the show’s handsome housemates, Dale Howard and Stuart Pilkington, were both nominated for eviction.
Known as the eye candy of series nine, gym buffs Stuart and Dale racked up four and three nominations respectively.
Nominating them, a number of the housemates explained that after two months in the Big Brother house, the pair seemed eager to leave the Channel 4 reality show.
Voting for Stuart, trainee teacher Rachel Rice said: “Stuart’s been hinting to everyone in the house that he wants to go home. And I do feel it’s sort of like he’s been putting pressure on all of us to nominate him and to me he shouldn’t be doing that”.
Australian contestant Sara Folino, nominated Dale for similar reasons: “I know he really wants to go, and I feel so bad saying this because I really get along with him… but he doesn’t let me Kat and Rachel sing. He just hates our singing and he goes on about it all the time”.
The Angelina Jolie look-a-like stopped short of nominating Stuart despite his protestations that he would also be happy to be nominated. The 27-year-old PA, lusted after by Darnell Swallow, has admitted to having a crush on the make-up-wearing father of one.
Mohamed Mohamed once again racked up nominations for being lazy and greedy. Voting for him, Dale repeated his well-practiced complaint: “He’s lazy, doesn’t bring anything to the house, got a bit of a temper on him as well. He’s been up for nominations three times, he’s survived three evictions. I live with him. He’s not funny, he is not funny. He’s not entertaining, and he’s lazy. So why the f*** is he still in the house? I don’t understand it at all.”
New addition to the house, Nicole Cammack was saved from sure eviction after Big Brother made her immune for her first week in the house. The teenaged girlfriend of chef Rex Newmark would otherwise have been likely to leave according to Ladbrokes who rates her the least popular housemate.
The bookmaker picks Stuart as a more popular contender than Dale, hinting that the part-time DJ and trainee PE teacher could face the axe on Friday.
