Win a trip to the Ice Hotel in Lapland

OUR SONS bought us £400 in EasyJet vouchers as a Christmas present. The first negative aspect is that the vouchers are valid only for bookings made within six months of the date of purchase. (A polite letter to EasyJet requesting that we be allowed to wait until the 2008 winter schedules were published in July was met with an unequivocal no).
The second problem is actually booking the flights - it can only be done by telephone, at a cost of 65p per minute. The process was slow and EasyJet made mistakes, prolonging the call time, so it ended up costing £52. The system turned a thoughtful gift into more of a nightmare. Peter Crook, Bristol
EasyJet replies: “EasyJet vouchers are only available via phone. To compensate for this cost, we apply the internet discount (£7.50 each way). The redemption rules and time limits are stated in our terms and conditions.”

EasyJet just charged my brother £102.50 to change his surname on a booking I made for him to travel home to see his dying grandmother the weekend before she died. I made the reservation by mistake under my surname. I have contacted Easyjet by e-mail twide and explained but they say no compensation

Try cancelling with Ryanair, they charge £28 per leg which is more than the flight - why would you cancel? it seems they are content to deal with no shows. Isn't it time that we all woke up to the fact that, with all their add-ons, Ryanair is NOT low cost travel.

I had the misfortune to book over the internet with Flybe, flying from Southampton to the Isle of Man in November.Winter timetable meant no direct flight, so via Manchester. Credit card payment on this was £23.92p (£2.99 X 8 per person per flight).
How can this be justified on one c/card transactio
